Hoor Hijab began with a single, clear intention: to make it easy for Muslim women to dress in obedience to Allah — beautifully, comfortably, and without compromise.
Why We Exist
We exist for one purpose: to provide Muslim women with clothing that covers them according to the Shariah — garments made with hishmah (modesty) and worn with a heart full of hayaa. Everything else we do — the fabrics we choose, the cuts we design, the way we photograph and present our pieces — serves that purpose.
The Prophet ﷺ said: “Modesty (hayaa) brings nothing but good.”

What Covering Means to Us
Hijab is not a trend to us. It is an act of worship, and we treat it with the seriousness it deserves. Every piece in our collection is held to the standards of proper Islamic covering:
- Full coverage — cuts and lengths designed to cover what the Shariah requires to be covered, without needing layers of adjustment.
- Opaque fabrics — nothing sheer, nothing see-through. If it doesn’t conceal, it doesn’t leave our atelier.
- Loose, flowing silhouettes — garments that drape over the body rather than describe it.
- Modest in themselves — elegant without being an adornment that draws the eyes. Beauty in dignity, not display.
What We Make
A small collection, chosen piece by piece. We would rather offer a few things that cover well than a full catalogue that does not.
- Hijabs — in three fabrics, each for a different day: chiffon that is light and fluid, cotton jersey that holds by itself without pins, and soft, breathable modal that carries our prints. All are cut long and wide, so there is enough fabric to wrap and still cover the chest.
- Undercaps and magnets — the small things that keep a hijab where you put it: cotton undercaps that tie at the back, and magnets that hold without piercing or snagging the fabric.
- Abayas and dresses — long and loose, in sizes S to L. We publish the measurements of the garment itself, so you can check its length and width before you order: see the Size Chart.
- Jewellery — a few quiet pieces: pendants inspired by Andalusian patterns, and a bracelet that carries three words to live by — Sabr, Shukr, Tawakkul.
How We Choose a Piece
Before anything joins the collection, we ask the questions you would ask in front of your own mirror:
- Does it cover — standing, sitting and reaching?
- Does it show through in daylight?
- Does it cling, or does it fall away from the body?
- Is it comfortable enough to wear all day, and to pray in?
A piece that fails one of them is not offered, however beautiful it is. And where a fabric needs help — chiffon is light, so it is worn over an undercap — we say so plainly on the product page.
