Orders placed before 14:00 (Spanish time) on a business day are dispatched the same day; later orders leave the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, except public holidays in Spain. Delivery times are counted from dispatch and may be longer during sales and holidays.
Express orders placed before 14:00 on a business day are delivered the next business day on the Spanish mainland and the Balearic Islands. Choose Express at checkout.
Yes. These territories are outside the EU VAT area, so the carrier may charge local import taxes (IGIC or IPSI) on delivery. These taxes are not included in our prices and are paid to the carrier.

No. Your order travels inside the EU customs union and our prices already include VAT, so there are no duties or import fees to pay on delivery.
Yes, standard shipping is free on orders over 150 € to any EU country.
When your order leaves us we email you its tracking number and link. If you have an account, you can also follow it under My Account → Orders.
Yes, until your order is dispatched. Email us at contact@hoor-hijab.com with your order number and the new address as soon as possible.
First check the tracking link. If the parcel has not moved for three business days, or shows as delivered but you have not received it, email us at contact@hoor-hijab.com and we will open a claim with the carrier.
