These terms apply to every order placed on hoor-hijab.com. Please read them before you buy: by placing an order you accept them. The version in force on the day of your order is the one that applies to it.

Prices are in euros and are final: all taxes are included. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
The currency selector shows approximate prices in other currencies for reference. You are always charged in euros; your bank applies its own exchange rate.
We photograph our products as faithfully as we can, but colours can look slightly different from one screen to another.
If a price on the site is an obvious mistake, we contact you before sending anything, and you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
To order, add items to your cart, go to checkout, enter your delivery details, choose a shipping method and pay. Before you pay you see the whole order with its total, and you can go back and correct anything.
The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation email. We keep a record of the order; with an account you can see it under My Account → Orders.
If you notice a mistake after ordering, write to contact@hoor-hijab.com straight away: we can change the order until it is dispatched.
You can order in any of the languages of this site. You must be 18 or older to order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your payment is charged when you place the order.
Payments are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card details.
We deliver to Spain and to every country of the European Union. Prices and delivery times are on the Shipping & Delivery page.
We dispatch every order as soon as we can, and by law it must reach you within 30 days of the order (TRLGDCU, art. 109). If an item turns out to be unavailable, we tell you and refund what you paid without delay (art. 110).
The parcel is our responsibility until it is handed to you or to someone you have named to receive it.
You can cancel your purchase, without giving any reason, within 14 days of the day you receive your order. This is your legal right of withdrawal (TRLGDCU, arts. 102 to 108). We give you longer: 30 days from delivery. Sale items keep the legal 14 days.
To withdraw, tell us before the period ends: write to contact@hoor-hijab.com, or send us the form below. Then send the items back within 14 days of telling us.
Orders over 99 € get a free prepaid return label. On smaller orders the return shipping is paid by you: use a courier of your choice, or our prepaid label and we deduct its cost from your refund.
We refund what you paid for the returned items, and the standard delivery cost if you return the whole order, to the payment method you used. We do so within 14 days of the day you tell us; the law allows us to wait until the items are back with us or you have sent us proof that you posted them (art. 107).
Items must come back unworn and unwashed. You are responsible for any loss of value caused by handling them more than is needed to see what they are like, as you would in a shop (art. 108).

Everything we sell has the legal guarantee of 3 years from delivery (TRLGDCU, art. 120).
If an item is faulty or not as described, you can have it repaired or replaced free of charge, shipping included (art. 118). If that is not possible, you can ask for a price reduction or a full refund (art. 119). A fault that appears in the first 2 years is presumed to have been there on delivery (art. 121).
To make a claim, write to contact@hoor-hijab.com with your order number and a photo. The guarantee does not cover normal wear, or damage caused by not following the care instructions.
You can buy with or without an account. If you create one, keep your password to yourself; you can ask us to delete the account at any time.
The photographs, texts, designs and logo on this site belong to Hoor or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking us.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as a carrier strike or extreme weather. If one affects your order, we tell you, and you can cancel it for a full refund.
If something is wrong, write to contact@hoor-hijab.com. We answer complaints as quickly as we can, and always within 15 days (TRLGDCU, art. 21).
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you live in another country of the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country. Any dispute goes to the courts of the place where you live.
We may update these terms. A change applies only to orders placed after the new version is published.
