30 days from the day you receive your order. This goes beyond the 14-day right of withdrawal that EU consumer law gives you, which you keep in any case.
Unworn, unwashed and undamaged, in the original packaging with all tags attached, and free of perfume, make-up or deodorant marks. Items that come back worn or damaged may be returned to you or refunded only in part.
Sale items can be returned within the 14-day legal withdrawal period, in the same condition as any other item. They are not covered by our longer return window and cannot be exchanged.
Orders over 99 €: Return shipping is on us! We will send you a free prepaid return label.
Orders under 99 €: In accordance with Article 108 of the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning goods. When you email us, we can provide a prepaid return label and simply deduct the cost from your final refund, or you can ship the item back using your preferred carrier.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return, to the original payment method you used. If you return your entire order, we will also fully refund your original standard delivery cost, as legally mandated by Article 107 of the Spanish TRLGDCU and Article 13 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. (Note: If you used our prepaid return label for an order under 99 €, that return label cost will be deducted from your final payout). Your bank may take a few additional days to show the refund in your account.
Yes, for another size or colour of the same item while it is in stock. Tell us what you would like when you start your return. For orders under 99 €, standard return shipping costs apply to send the original item back, but we will ship the new exchanged item to you for free!
We are sorry! Email contact@hoor-hijab.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you — at no cost to you. Under Spanish and EU guarantee laws (Articles 117 and 118 TRLGDCU), we cover all return and replacement costs for store errors or defective items, regardless of the order value.
